I purchased one of the first editions many years ago. Amazon Music Stream millions of songs. Amazon Restaurants Food delivery from local restaurants. This whole idea that since managers aren’t psychologists, they should stick to basic behavioral modification using primarily positive reinforcement seems kind of outdated to me.
